Not sure exactly what you mean by "front". If you are referring to the dorsal branch, some have had surgery on it, but I can't recall anyone whose surgery on that branch was successful long term. You could enter "dorsal" in the search box and read the posts that come up. You can also read Ezer's posts as he had that surgery with Dr. Dellon.

alipasha1 also had dorsal nerve surgery. As far as I remember, it wasn't a success.

Will the mri 3T show if the dorsal nerve has damage??

Not necessarily. As I understand it, based on a presentation I saw by one of the docs who does 3T pelvic MRI's, it might show if the space the nerve has to pass through is tight or if there is inflammation or swelling of tissues around the nerve.
