Re: pudendal branches.
Not sure exactly what you mean by "front". If you are referring to the dorsal branch, some have had surgery on it, but I can't recall anyone whose surgery on that branch was successful long term. You could enter "dorsal" in the search box and read the posts that come up. You can also read Ezer's posts as he had that surgery with Dr. Dellon.
PN started 2004 from fall. Surgery with Filler Nov. 2006, Dr. Campbell April 2007. Pain decreased by 85% in 2008 (rectal and sitting pain resolved completely), pain returned in 12/13. Pain reduced significantly beginning around 11/23.

No success from dorsal nerve surgery for both pelvisstressly and myself.

Yes, exactly. Side of the penis, not tip.

alipasha1 also had dorsal nerve surgery. As far as I remember, it wasn't a success.

Re: pudendal branches.
Will the mri 3T show if the dorsal nerve has damage??
Re: pudendal branches.
Not necessarily. As I understand it, based on a presentation I saw by one of the docs who does 3T pelvic MRI's, it might show if the space the nerve has to pass through is tight or if there is inflammation or swelling of tissues around the nerve.aussie_pain wrote:Will the mri 3T show if the dorsal nerve has damage??
Violet
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
