Hi, I'm new here in extremely bad pain, and no one to help...have been told by urogynecologist I have PNE with PN, set up appointment with Loma Linda on November 18, see pain management this Thursday. Pain pill wears off 2 hours early, I just took 800mg of ibuprophen. There is not a urogynecologist in my area, have to go to Loma Linda, very long story here. I guess I just have to sit here in horrid pain to see if ibuprophen helps, as I took pain med 2 hours ago. I will take it again as soon as 4 hours is up. I had rectopexy this year, along with cystocele and rectocele repair...was told to go to PFT,,, was doing OK, till she got too aggressive...I went to first urogynecologist who did unguided injections to the pudendal nerve block to all 3 branches of Kenelog...
It has gone all over my pelvic floor now. I went to ER 2 days ago, no help. I can not poo unless I use bisacodyl suppositories which make pain worse. I'm flaring all over and do not know what to do. I start getting panicky...I've done everything I can..are you still a forum or group? Thank you!!!
