-straddle fall age 4-7 w/bleeding labia, tampons hurt in teens, papsmere started annoying pelvic 'tingling' & pne in 02
-obturator surgery w/ Filler in 05 (useless, created sciatic & plantar fascitis pain)
-TIR surgery w/ Bautrant in 08 and vestibulectomy in 08 in France (vest. removed pain w/intercourse, pain w/sitting increased post surgery)
-chronic fatigue & food allergies/migraines (gluten, milk) from pain meds in 08
-want a life back. I'm 34 w/8+ years of pain

I know this thread was from a few months back but I live in LA too but currently staying with family in OC.
Newly diagnosed PN sufferer (March 2011) caused from a very difficult childbirth in Jan 2011 (1st baby). On Neurontin and Nucynta. Tried PT & accupuncture. Restarting PT with Julie Sarton. Appt with Dr. Castellanos in June. Sitting very painful and also unable to stand or walk without pain.

Athlete until pain started in 2001. Diagnosed with PN in Nov. 2010. Hi, I'm new here in extremely bad pain, and no one to help...have been told by urogynecologist I have PNE with PN, set up appointment with Loma Linda on November 18, see pain management this Thursday. Pain pill wears off 2 hours early, I just took 800mg of ibuprophen. There is not a urogynecologist in my area, have to go to Loma Linda, very long story here. I guess I just have to sit here in horrid pain to see if ibuprophen helps, as I took pain med 2 hours ago. I will take it again as soon as 4 hours is up. I had rectopexy this year, along with cystocele and rectocele repair...was told to go to PFT,,, was doing OK, till she got too aggressive...I went to first urogynecologist who did unguided injections to the pudendal nerve block to all 3 branches of Kenelog...
It has gone all over my pelvic floor now. I went to ER 2 days ago, no help. I can not poo unless I use bisacodyl suppositories which make pain worse. I'm flaring all over and do not know what to do. I start getting panicky...I've done everything I can..are you still a forum or group? Thank you!!!
