Health Organization for Pudendal Education

Don’t know if anyone had this first, I posted on genereal forum in more depth. Essentially I was diagnosed with chronic scrotal pain from nerve damage?? bilateral scrotal region but now I’ve noticed increasing hot peroneal pain which I’m concerned is either due to constipation chronic or pudendal nerve irritation. I hope someone here has had a similar experience and can share thanks Ps. I’m scheduled for a procedure called a microscopic spermatic cord denervation if anyone’s ever heard of that

I think only specialists can answer a similar question.
