Best PN nerve block in the U.S.

Post by GregT »

Just my opinion, and I am biased because this was the doctor who diagnosed me, but I'd put Sheldon Jordan above anyone in the country as far as his ability to simply diagnose someone with PN with very simple techniques and to deliver the most accurate PN injection. His office # is 310 829-5968.

Greg
Had surgery in Nantes, France in 2001 with Professor Robert. I advocate physical therapy with PTs who specialize in the pelvic floor. I also advocate injections to help diagnose PN and I am in favor of having PN surgery to release the nerve when the diagnoses points to an entrapped nerve.

Greg, doesn't he use ultrasound guidance? Which is very nice because there is no radiation involved. 8-)
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Where is this guy? Is he a surgeon? If not, who does he work with? I am scared to death to have a nerve block, because I have reacted badly to them in the past.

Southern California. I think he's a neurologist. http://www.pudendalhope.info/node/58#Jordan
