Most surgical cures

From what I know, Dr. Ansell has by far the most surgical cures of any of these other doctors, possibly combined. He also has the most experience, having learned the TG procedure from Professor Robert in 2002, I believe.
I would welcome anyone who has been cured by any other doctor to come to
www.tipna.org and tell us about their experience.

Greg, is your statement regarding Dr. Ansell based on what individuals have reported on the tipna forum or from a publication I missed or data Dr. Ansell presented at a meeting? I have seen 3 PN specialist and they all gave me the same statistics for cure rates. The only Dr. that I have seen different numbers for is Dr. Filler and that was from his publication.

I could be wrong, but I think Greg is talking about the people who have shared with the forum community that they are cured.
I do hope anybody who has gotten a cure from any other doctor would be willing to talk about it.

Greg, Thanks for posting the information on the most surgical cures. This will help those of us who are trying to make a decision on which PNE doctor to see.

Celeste is right. I am basing it on personal knowledge, some of it from tipna and some of it from talking to people who I know had surgery in Houston.
While I see what people state as their statistics, I have to admit, unless I also see them on a forum or talk to them in person, it's less believable to me. I've heard of too many unbelievably high statistics to believe what the doctors report.
