My urologist referred me to him and while he has experience in PN and SIJ disjunction, I didn't really get any improvement from his routine. I have PN and LS, so I have to be careful how I stretch. I might try his stretching routine again as after 2 years of chronic pelvic pain, I'm still searching answers.
