Hi,

I have a diagnosis by Prof. Scholbach, Germany, saying that I have a pathologic connection between an artery and a vein, called av-fistula. It causes a pelvic blood congestion and is said to be the cause of my pain.
The fistula shall be closed by a minimum invasive therapy with a catheter next month.

Did anybody have the same treatment and what was the outcome?

av-fistula must not be mixed up with anal fistula, which is something completly different.
