Proximal hamstring tendopathy vs neutalgia

Was diagnosed by MRI with proximal hamstring tendon problem 5 months ago. Had 2 cortisone injections and felt worse each time. New physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor pt, thought that might be the problem. I get pinching and stabbing in the back of my buttock near my sit bone towards the inner thigh, it really feels terrible. But I have no pain in genitals or perineum. Could this possibly be pudendal neuralgia without pain anywhere else? The doctors are treating my anxiety but not the pain. Any one know the answers?

Would appreciated an input
