I have had countless Botox injections and none of them work
Yet my muscles are hard as a rock The physical therapist has been able to confirm the OI muscle and exterior rotator Muscle or the generators of my pain
They were injected four weeks ago and no change
Nobody can figure it out
Can Anyone on this site figure out if my pain is muscular related and the Botox doesn’t help why does it not help

I would also like to know if my pain is nerve or muscle or both.
Good luck

The least likely explanation if that you are somehow resistant to the effects of botox. More likely is that the medication did not go into the right place or the dose was inadequate. How was your OI injection done? It can be doen through the vagina by palpation in a woman or through the buttock under ultrasound (or I suppose using a nerve stimulator...have never seen that). Not a beginner procedure. Just wondering.
