Surgery did not work

There is the possiblity that the the botox injected into the obturator internus muscle made my piriformis muscle spasm up more? Making my sciatica worse?
I find a heat pad helps. At the moment i am waiting for the botox to wear off. Its been 2 months so far, so another month or so and it should start to change.
My nerve emg studies for sacral nerves have been postponed for another week due to dental issues.
On top of the pelvic pain i had to go to the dentist to get a tooth sorted out, so just resting up this week.
Botox definitely wasnt for me, but maybe it was the wrong muscles they injected? PT confirmed my obturator internus was in spasm though.
I also had a pulsed RF on the left PN in September 2015 which didnt help.
Both of these treatments have only flared up my pain rather than helping.
My pain specialist wont do anything until the botox wears off. He didnt perform the botox, it was done by a Gynae doctor in Brisbane.
