how can i diagnose obterator internus pudendal entrapment?

what test would i do to diagnose whether the pudendal nerve is entrapped by obterator internus fascia or muscle.
I've done a pelvic mri with and without contrast that came back clear, CT scan, lumbar MRI.
Both sides of OI cause extreme pain. I'm currently talking with a orthopedist who is a spinal specialist, named Dr. Kasow.

There isn't a test for entrapment. A diagnosis of pudendal nerve entrapment is done by combining information, including symptoms, the onset event, a nerve block with imaging that reduces the pain, and an MRI that rules out alternative explanations for the pain. But even with that information, doctors can't be completely sure that the nerve is compressed. What are your symptoms? Did you have a nerve block with imaging that reduced your pain? Have you seen a pt? Sometimes experienced pelvic physical therapists can be helpful with diagnosis.
