Fatigue

Sorry I did not know where to put this...does anyone suffer from extreme fatigue. Next to the pain, this is huge for me. If this is you as well, how do you cope? Provigil and Effexor xr are not doing the job. Thinking of seeing a naturopathic Dr as they often look at other things like cortisol, dhea, etc. the problem is they do not accept insurance! Surely for many of us depression is a big issue. I would love to try ketamine infusions but can’t due to afib
