Severing of the Obturator Internus nerve to Atrophy the OI

Post by A's Mommy »

It has come to my understanding the Nantes team and now the Bristol team are severing the Obturator Internus nerve (not to be confused with the OBTURATORnerve) to atrophy the muscle and therefore creating more room in the Alcock's canal.

Anyone hear about this or what do you think... medical professionals out there?

Thanks much,

AM
