RE: Post-surgery pain graph
I can't recall which topic this is under but I recall Celeste writing that she charted her pain scale after her surgery. I'm a very visual person and think this is an excellent idea for those who've had surgery. It seems it would help them really see if they are making progress.
Celeste, if you're reading this, could you share what your chart looked like with others? I bet it would really help those who've had surgery to really tell if they are making progress especially when its slow and go (unlike your recovery.)
Best wishes to everyone post-surgery,
Ms. Rivers

Re: post surgery pain graph chart
Thanks for raising this topic. I started a daily pain log, with graph, 4 months after the pain started. And continue it to this day (day = 908). Super-imposed on the graph are the diagnostics and treatments along this journey. Great tool to help one focus on what works and what doesn't.
