Dear Londoners,

I really your help and suggestions based in your experience
I’m looking for a really good PT in London.
It’s stat To became an issue for me to fly to Milan (Mirko Croci) to be treated

Someone of you might suggest me someone ( i went to sayer clinics and in my opinion they are not efficients )

Any suggestions from you guys will be appreciated

Are you still looking for a PT? Are you looking for one on the NHS or private?

Here's a list of Manual Therapists or Physiotherapists in the UK. Some are in London, some private, others on the NHS. There's also Ruth Jones, who has a good reputation for male patients. She has make colleagues too in her clinic. I'm sorry you're struggling, I fully understand. The UK doesn't seem to offer much help and tends to put patients in the 'Pain Management' category which means talk-therapy, no PT, meditation and graded-exercise. The pain management teams do offer some good advice but in my opinion a neurologist, specialist for pudendal nerve complications and a bit of reading here or through other forums provides far better service to patients. Each person is so different, like what the cause was, what works, complications with organs (bladder, bowel) etc. This is my opinion, others may find that pain management groups helped them lead a normal life again.
