anal pain cushion

Hi folks,
Does anyone here have anal/ rectal pain and if so, do you have a cushion that helps you to sit/kneel when needed?
I have a ton of cushions that were useless, but I do use a simple cheap one with an opening the back when we go out, as we are doing tonight for a special family event. However, it hurts to sit/kneel on it lately, and after-pain is worse..
Could you pls respond if you have a cushion that helps? It also would be great to have one that helps with driving. In my case the opening in the back of the cushion has to be wide enough so that the anal area hangs loose etc.
