Hi,
I was just curious if anyone has tried Valium Suppositories for PGAD? If so was it helpful?

Never tried it but I think if your PGAD is related to tight pelvic floor muscles it would help them to relax and maybe help the PGAD.

I have used them on and off over the past few years. I have tried them both rectally and vaginally as recommended by my urogynecologist. They do help to relax the tight pelvic floor somewhat, but unfortunately, they make me drowsy and only give me minimal relief. I have also tried compounded suppositories with Gabapentin, Amitriptyline, Baclofen & Diazepam (Valium). but the results are no better. Sorry to be so negative, but I am so discouraged right now:(
