For everyone who had PNE surgery and surgery reports says you were entrapped but you got no relief, do you really think The nerve was properly released?

I suspect it could be because surgically correctable entrapments were not causing the pain. I think there are a lot of ways pressure can be put on the nerve beyond entrapments at a few specific locations. It all seems quite individual -- some get better with PT, some get worse with PT, some get better from decompression surgery, some get worse with the same surgery and on and on.
PN started 2004 from fall. Surgery with Filler Nov. 2006, Dr. Campbell April 2007. Pain decreased by 85% in 2008 (rectal and sitting pain resolved completely), pain returned in 12/13. Pain reduced significantly beginning around 11/23.
