Pain is less after BM

Hello,
This is my first post. One of the symptoms of PN & PNE is often reported as increased pain after having a BM. I actually feel better after having a BM. I have had Left sided pudendal pain for about 20 years. I was diagnosed so long ago that PN & PNE was not even considered a separate diagnosis so I was told I had vulvodynia. Currently on Elavil with some relief but I cannot sit without flaring my pain. I have had PT, other meds etc so I am pretty sure I have neuropathic pain. Does anyone else have less pain after a BM?
