Health Organization for Pudendal Education

Currently I'm having a serious back pain and I don't really know why. My friends often said that it's due to my excessive time working in wrong position, and so they advice to get something like back posture corrector. However, I'm wishing for another alternatives which don't necessary relying on tools and stuffs.

May be your friend telling you truth have you tried medicated mattress while sleeping or you may have to sleep on the floor to get out of you back bone pain.
