Is it normal that when I sit with pain for a long time period, the skin on my testicules start getting red? It disapears after 2-3 days without sitting though.

I have known people with pudendal neuralgia who developed red skin in the genital area. One possible explanation is that the nerves control the vasoconstriction/vasodilation of blood vessels and if the nerve is misfiring it may be affecting the blood vessels.

Sorry, I have no idea if this is what is happening but it was an explanation that made about as much sense to me as any other explanation.
