Some people get relief sitting on a toilet seat because there isn't pressure on the genital area. I don't know....didn't help me much. Some people say hard surfaces are better for them than soft surfaces. I think everyone is different so it's hard to say exactly what is "normal".

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Me too..but note, there is no the same performance when you use a toilet seat over a chair, because the chair foam affects the performance. I believe because the foam produces a reaction.

Hard surfaces and no reaction is better for me.

Cheers,

sorry my bad english.
