If the Ischial spine is too sharp and is in the mix of my pain, what can be done?

Dr. Antolak used to shave the ischial spine down some if it was too long but I don't know if you want to go to the extreme of another surgery -- especially since you have a lot of problems with scar tissue formation. How do you know your ischial spine is too sharp?

Dr Hibner said it was and if I undergo third surgery he would cut it off he said. Does cutting it off cause more problems?

I've never heard of it causing more problems.
