Not sure what you mean by pudendal stabs -- do you mean shocks? Symptoms of pudendal neuralgia, including shocks, are typically in the distribution area of the pudendal nerve -- clitoris/penis, rectal/anal area, lower 1/3 of vagina and perineal area, skin of scrotum.
