Hi!
Have just written a post on the diagnosis of Arachnoidits (big shock!!!) after over 5 years of 24/7 pain and burning sensations in lower back, between my legs and along the legs from the inside.
Have no idea where the post is and would be grateful for any comments, ideas & recommendations.

So sorry you've hhad such pain and are diagnosed with arachnoiditis (if you searh for this in the upper right search box you will see your other post in associated disorders along with other posts about it).
