Anyone travelled to Dr Hollis Potter from outside the USA?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone here has travelled to the USA from overseas for a Potter MRI scan? If so, it would be helpful to hear how you arranged the scan, in terms of getting a referral. Did you get a doctor in your home country to refer you or did you first see a doctor in the USA to get the prescription? Many thanks for any feedback.
