Just scared
Just scared
I am new to this forum and just really want to know what to expect. I am an otherwise healthy 40 year old female on the cusp of a pudendal neuralgia diagnosis and I am scared out of my mind. Am I even gonna be able to work ?

Re: Just scared
Kat, sorry this answer is a bit late. I've had a family member who was very ill so wasn't on the forum much lately but in case you are still reading, I wanted to respond to your question. I don't know the details of your story and you might be completely different than I was, but I was diagnosed at about ate 47 and I've been back to work for over 6 years now so yes, there is a chance you can work again.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
