which uk hospitals are doing pain pump implants

hi
i have been told by the walton centre in liverpool that they believe an implanted pain pump would help my pain significantly but at the moment there is no funding, does anyone know which uk hospitals are still doing this proceedure.
it seems unbelievable that a tried and trusted method of pain relief is not funded why ever not, i am on a lot of pain meds including pregabalin, which is so expensive to the nhs, so i would in the long run save them money, i know the pumps are expensive but surely they only have to do their maths
