Health Organization for Pudendal Education

Has anyone tried shockwave therapy? Is it even available in Australia for treatment of the pudendal nerve? I just read about a lady in Canada getting great relief from it.

A physiotherapist once mentioned to me about an internal tens machine. Not sure if that would be the same thing but could be looked into.
