Pudendal Neuralgia?

Hello, I´m 35 and German but I decided to write in this Forum cause there is much more information. Not much information in German at all :(
So sorry for my English.
Story as short as possible.
1,5 years ago completly pain free I went to a urologist because of a harmless nervous sexual thing... He said everything allright but now that you are here let´s do some cancer testicels prevention. He groped my testicels and as soon as he pressed on them I had pain in them. First on the left side that went away after a few minutes and on the right side. The pain on the right side was he squezed and I had a feeling like a glowing wire there. A few days later I went back to him and he gave me some diclofenac which didn´t help at all.
After a few weeks the pain was spreading. I got a constand burining in the top of my Penis and pain in my left underbelly.
Over the time I went to 10 urologyst none of them could help me and I was mostly diagnost with non bacterial Prostatitis. No singns of infection at all.
All medications for it did not even helped a little.
1 month bevore that all hapend I had hard fall on my tailbone! Everything allright MRT.
I also did a couple of bicykle trips in that time a few times... Normally I hardly ever ride a bike.
I had many ours of phisicall therapy that didn´t work.
Now i went to a chiropraktor and he told me my sacrum is blocked. He fixed it and together with some osteopathy my burning pain in the penis and belly is a little better most of the time.
But the pain on the right side on my testicel is still unchainged.
At nights when I´m in my bed it was always a little better.
So what do you think?
Could this be a Pudendus thing? Can some short squeeze to your testicel cause PNE? Or any other ideas?
Thank you very much

MSA,
Welcome and sorry for your pain. From what I have read here on the forum the fall on your tailbone and bicycle trips can lead to PN. Not sure about the squeeze causing PN but it would seem to hurt amd not help the situation!

MSA, often there is a combination of factors involved with pudendal neuralgia and you may have to try several different things before you find what works for you. The short squeeze on the testicles causing pain might just be the trigger that told you there is some other underlying problem. I'm not sure what type of physical therapy you tried but usually they will check things like your pelvic alignment, sacroiliac joint function, and whether you have a tense pelvic floor. Was your physical therapist trained in treating people with pudendal neuralgia and did they think you might have it?

I'm not sure what you mean by your sacrum is blocked. Maybe sacroiliac joint dysfunction? That is one of the things that contributed to my pudendal neuralgia. If your pain is worse on just one side it could indicate you have a pelvic misalignment and possible nerve compression (according to the Nantes criteria http://www.pudendalhope.info/sites/defa ... iteria.pdf).

Check out KrisG and Ezer's posts if you are interested in trying conservative treatment options. Like you, Ezer had a fall that triggered his problems. You might want to read his story.
