Health Organization for Pudendal Education

Hi, I've pretty much every symptom of PE although my penis tip and glands are also redder than normal (Left side of glands only) I've had this for about 8 months now and it's main a constant coldness that drives me crazy. Has anyone else got physical symptoms like redness?
