Targinact

Good morning everyone,
Do anyone know if the drug Targinact is now available in the
USA? It is a combination of a painkiller -oxycodone I think,and
Nalaxone ( Which prevents the constipating effects of the pain
Medicine.
It sounds Like a great option given that it is good for severe chronic pain
and prevents the Constipation that so many of us struggle with as a side effect.
Originally it was not available in the US but Im not sure whether that
Has changed and Whether it's now available as Targinact or as a similar drug.

This might be a great option for me since my strong laxative is upsetting
My gastro intestinal system yet not resolving my 'back up' problem. I'm really struggling
and would love to try Targinact.
Does Anyone know if we could be prescribed Targinact or a Similar drug in the
USA , And if not,is there a way to order it from another country?
I've been researching this for a while and hoping to try it,but can't seem to find enough
information online.

From my research, the way it works is that the oxycodone is the strong painkiller and the
Nalaxone acts on the opioid receptors in the gut to block the constipating effects thAt
One would normally get with painkillers like oxycodone.
If you google targinact it explains the dual function of the drug,
just wondering if it's finally becoming available in the US .
from what I read it sounds like there may be a version of (it if not the exact drug) that may
Be available in the US.
Anyone hear anything about targinact?
