cluneal nerve?

my pt husband thinks i should rule out my cluneal nerve. anyone know anyone whose pn like symptoms were really the cluneal nerve?

I just spoke to Dr Dellon. He seemed to think my symtoms of ishila tuberosity pain when sitting and right perineal sitting pain may come from the cluneal
nerve. He thought a fall or 2 I had yrs back could be causal...He said this was the case in a current surgical patient of his
I may re-schedule a consut with him (I had just cancelled one.
I get so many conflicted opinions from docs that my head is spinning..
