General questions about physiotherapy for PN-patients

Hello,
I would really like to know how often those of you who are having (specialised) physiotherapy see their therapist. Once or twice a week? Mor often? Or less often like once a month?
I wonder if it is enough to see the PT only once a month or so, because everything could be totally tensed up again until one has the next session.
Of course, this is also a question of money and/or insurance coverage. Plus the fact that many of the wellknown PTs see a lot of patients...so it is not so easy to get that many appointments.
But anyway, I would like to know how often do you see your PT? And since when? And do you experience any relief from pain and other improvements?
Thanks a lot. I am asking, because I would like to know if I am seeing my PT often enough and I want to know when I can expect any improvements whatsoever....
