sciatic pain or pelvis instsbility

I have been performed TG six months ago for left side.
I had foot pain when I stand still or walk after 6 weeks of surgery. However, I do not have starting pain, movement pain and low back pain. Does my foot pain attribute to sciatic pain due to surgery or attribute to pelvis instability. What is the symptom of pelvis instability?

Your PT should be able to tell you if you have pelvic instability. My PT did an evaluation and pushed on the pelvis in different positions. When I was on the edge of the table she pushed down and was shocked at how much my pelvis moved without resisting her pushing. Basically one side just fell off the table.

The symptoms I get from pelvic instability is increased pain with activities that are jarring like jogging or jumping, and with lifting. The flare-up usually occurs a few hours later or the following day.

Hopeman,

Do you have lower back pain or not?Is your back pain radiating back of your butt, thigh, calf to the foot?Did Aszmann cut any of your ligaments?

Thanks,
Ali

Dear Ali
I do not have lower back pain. I just have foot when I stand or walk. My surgeon make a patial incision of STL.
Did Dr Hibner cut your SSL. Did you develop pelvis instability after cutting SSL. Did Hibner cut your falciform process. Why did you have sciatic pain after surgery?

Hi Hopeman,

I had a redo surgery with an incompetent Turkish doctor called Tibet Erdogru and not Dr. Hibner. He damaged my whole sciatic nerve on the right side.He also cut my Sacrospinous ligament bilaterally.Right after the surgery in Turkey, I had lower back pain /Near SIJ and illiac crest on the right side .After eight months it went away for a good nine months.About seven weeks back,it started on both sides and far worse than before.

It becomes really bad when I walk.

I would have gone to Aszmann for my redo surgery but He wasn't ready then.

Where do you have foot pain.Is it the palm of the foot or the whole foot.PN patients have experienced burning pain in the toes or the sole of the foot.

Kind regards,
Ali
