Cushions

I'm sorry if this has been done to death elsewhere but I'm new to this. I'm not fully diagnosed yet but am seeing Andrew Baranowski in a couple of weeks. Judging by descriptions etc here though I am pretty certain that I have a PN issue. It's hard for me not to sit during the day as I work at a desk but what are the best cushions on the market for PN sufferers? What should I be looking for to help relieve pressure?

Also a much more general question - does anyone actually ever recover fully from this? I've been suffering symptoms since June and only really discovered PN as a possible cause about a month ago. Reading a lot of the threads on this forum and the general information on the site it sounds like once you have this condition it basically never heals or goes away... Has anyone been successfully treated without surgery or even with? Sorry if that's a big open ended question but I'm still trying to come to terms with the thought of being a PN sufferer...
