I have had pain in my perinium for 7 months.

My bladder neck muscle is tight as well as my sphincter muscle.

My symptoms do not change during the day.

It does not matter if I am sitting or standing.

The pain is always there.

Alcohol and Ibuprofen seem to help dull the pain.

Do I have PNE or is it something else?

You are probably going to have to see some health care providers for a diagnosis. They will base your diagnosis on your history, symptoms, and physical exam including any tests they feel are appropriate for you. I pretty much had pain all of the time although sitting made it worse.
