Pain med and member

Is there a member out there whose sign on was Jdabravin? (or something close)
Assume her first name was Joy; she had Tarlov cysts and was successfully treated. I met her on this site and other pelvic pain sites.
I have a question for her on an opiod pain med I think she had used successfully for her pain prior to her TC surgery.
The med helped her.
I have been on it for 7 mos. and am now titrating off it as all it did for me was cause incredible constipation, and maybe slight pain relief (but doubtful).

In her case she could sit comfortably until her surgery relieved her pain condition..
I wanted to find out what dosage she took in order to help her pain. (tho we are all different)
Docs are divided on this med, so I don't know what to do. Their advice has been completely confusing..what else is new?
