could it really be true ? The past month or so I have been able to sit a bit longer, At first I thought it was some fluke , 5 years of pain, afraid to really believe it was real but I do think it is beginning to happen. pudendal still quite painful although not as . Must be from surgery with Dr.Antalok'. , or maybe even Dr Chambi'. Oh dear God let it continue. Just keep hoping.

Thank goodness Ellie
. It just goes to show how long recovery can take to see improvements, and of course your never give up attitude must help.
Take care,
Helen x

Hi Ellie,
I'm so glad to hear you're able to sit longer, and more comfortably!
Helen is right. Nerve surgeries are different than other types in that recovery takes so much longer. For most of us, there's no immediate pain relief. I consider it a good sign that you're having some consistency with your sitting. Keep up that positive attitude of yours! You're heading in the right direction.
Hugs,
Karyn
