Had a conversation with someone about this and wanted to pass it on. I did this
for a while and it helped and will probably do again. When I was seeing Rhonda K.
she told me that one thing to do to try and trick the brain and turn down some
of the autonomic signals going all over the body was to wear compression
leggings and shirts. Ya know like the under armour stuff. The theory is that
light touch can be noxious as we all know when our skin feels sensitive, but the
constant pressure of that clothing can tone down the signals. I didn't want to
wear that hot, unbreathable stuff so I bought a yoga unitard and wore that under
my clothes and slept in it and it did help. So, wanted to share that info.
Peace,
Cora
