Hi Sunil,
Thanks for sharing your experience with the Flotation Tank. What an intriguing and exciting concept! How did you learn about this? Where do you go for these treatments?
Are they at a medical facility or a health club?
I use my pool a lot in the summer time to free-float. For me, being weightless is the only time I can acheive a zero pain level. It does wonders to relax tight, tense muscles. However, the nerve pain will usually resume within in hour of gravity settling in again. ;)
What is an infra red sauna? Have you ever tried it before?
It sounds like you're doing a really good job of trying to find alternative treatments they may be more beneficial to you. Are you completely off the meds now, or still in the weaning process?
Kind regards,
Karyn

Sunil, this sounds like it would be very relaxing and an excellent way to bring down pain levels. If I remember correctly, Vanessa Frank attributed her recovery to water therapy similar to what you are trying so I hope this works for you. Good luck and thanks for keeping us posted on your progress!

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
