Looking for Dr. Clitoral branch/Dorsal nerve block in women

Are there any Dr.s who do the nerve block to the clitoral branch/dorsalnerve block in the UK or Ireland under CT guided and under anaestethia.

I have no insurance at all for Ireland where I am from southern.

Anyone got any advice on a dr. and how I get insurance.
I am currentl over in the usa have spent thousands and found out I need another block and decompression surgery clitoral branch. I am down to no money left and am upset and very stressed and in pain.

if I return to ireland after living here most of my life I dont think I will get a medical card will I? or disability help income?

fed up with it all.......I need help and info. very down.........
