We received a publication abstract from Dr. Linqiu Zhou who successfully treated a member of HOPE using ganglion impar blocks. The article has been accepted for publication. I will go ahead and download the abstract here. The case in the abstract is not the case of the person who is a member of our forum. I've heard from that patient (a male) via PM and they have gone back to work as a truck driver.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
