I can understand how strange sounds as you describe can make someone worry Sunil. Thanks for your explanation of these events when not accompanied by pain. After all experiencing acute pain is the bodies way of saying, beware, there is something amiss here. So it does make sense that these noises are not always a problem; just 'weird!'.
You seem to have got a good system for relaxation going there too. So important, as the wind up of tension can just bring even more pain. We could probably all do with taking a leaf from your book.
Tackling the PT and post PT pain by doing it later in the week sounds sensible, it will give you the opportunity to recover more, hopefully. I would still monitor your sitting even when at work tho' Are you able to do that and stand or kneel or have an adaptable desk at work?
What weekend activities do you plan instead of sitting? Sounds like a stupid question doesn't it but it could open opportunities for getting out and about more
Take care,
Helen
