Dr. Aszamann

Post by robgordan »

Last Friday I had anterior approach perineal surgery in Vienna by Dr. Aszmann. This is the 4th surgery of this kind, with the prior 3 by Dr. Dellon.
I will write at length about my experience sometime soon, but in summary this surgery was successful and I wish I had visited him 6 years ago.
His radiologist, Dr. Bodner, is one of a select few doctors in the world using ultrasound to diagnose peripheral nerve damage, with results far exceeding the imaging ability rendered via MRI machines.

I will write more sometime next week.

All sounds good so far Rob. I hope that your next update confirms that you have been through so much and deserve this to be a success.
Take care in the mean time. Have you been recommended any physiotherapy post op or nerve glide at all ?
Best wishes
Helen
