PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Re: Hibner publication
I read the publication by Dr. Hibner. Does anybody else who read it have any thoughts on it? Did he say he was now able to decompress the nerve along the entire length of the nerve to the Distal Alcock's Canal and Dorsal Branch or did I misread the publication? I am trying to get the money at this time still to either get PRFA or surgery with Aszmann.
