Lower back, glute, thigh tingling

I have tingling and numbness in my lower back, glutes, back of my thighs.

Can the pudendal nerve be responsible for this or is it likely to be another nerve?

Those are not areas innervated by the pudendal nerve, so I'd guess you've got something else going on. I'd suggest you get to your doctor regarding this, don't wait to see if it clears.
