I emailed Peter last year, and he sent me exercises for a joint mobilisation for sacroilliac and not pudendal.
he said "Until you release the restrictions in the SIJ you won’t be able to release the adverse neural tension on the nerve"
I did get this release done, but it made no difference.
However, I have just heard from my new physio last month that the physio that did this mobilisation is starting his PhD on Pelvic Floor fascia and may talk to me about my issues and may have some suggestions. I hope he takes me on.
